Amazing central location, super clean and cozy chalet that felt like home. Convenient access to halal food and free parking. Spacious ground floor apartment with all necessary amenities. Easy check-in process with personalized guidance. Close proximity to supermarket and public transportation. The apartment was well-equipped, including a rice cooker which was provided upon request.

Attractive staff, and the best host ever. Nothing too much trouble, would come here again.

without doubt the location was absolutely perfect and nice close to public transport shops restaurant. all the staff were excellent day and night. thanks to kitchen i saved on dining out. the building was very big.

The chalet has a central location, providing easy access to halal restaurants and amenities. It is clean, warm, and spacious, with parking facilities available. The fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, was a great convenience. The bathroom also had a washing machine and dryer. The communication with the hosts was excellent, and their attention to detail, such as providing hand soaps, dish soap, and toilet paper.

The Citychalet in Interlaken is a fantastic place for families with children. The spacious layout and beautiful yard make it perfect for kids to run around and play. The location is also great, with an easy walk to all of Interlaken and the Train Station. There is a grocery store just 50 meters away and a nice bakery 300 meters away. The apartment itself is well-maintained and spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen and even a washer and dryer in the bathroom. it's a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Felt immediately at home, no reason to complain.

The Citychalet in Interlaken offers exceptional value and comes highly recommended. The setting is magnificent and the apartment is spacious with a nice garden. The staff is affable and welcoming. It's great to have a fridge, electric kettle, and a microwave oven in the apartment. The bathroom is spotless and has a bathtub. The views of the nearby mountains are beautiful.

This chalet exceeded all my expectations! The entrance was a bit dark when I arrived late at night, but the driver who brought me there was so helpful in finding the chalet and my name at the entrance. Once inside, I found everything I needed in the well-equipped kitchen, and they even provided extra pans when I asked. The chalet itself was lovely, and the surrounding area was perfect - I could easily walk to the grocery shop, the river, and even the old town. The proximity to the train stations was a huge plus for getting around. The host, Mr. Matt Horn, was incredibly responsive and provided all the information I needed. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this chalet again, especially if I come back with a group. The only suggestion I have is to change the pillows for future visits. Highly recommended!

The chalet was absolutely perfect for our New Year getaway! The cozy kitchen/family room/dining area was incredible, especially with the balcony that opened up to breathtaking views. We also loved having two bathrooms on different levels, which made it so convenient for our group. And the best part was how quiet it was, even though it was just a 7-minute walk to the train station. Truly an ideal location!

One small inconvenience was the lack of air conditioning. Thankfully, it wasn't a problem during our stay as the nights were cool, but it could potentially be an issue on hot nights.

The decoration at Citychalet was charming and homely, creating a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. The staff, though young, were helpful and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay.

I would have appreciated more assistance specifically catered towards senior travellers, such as additional handrails or grab bars in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, as it is close to everything. It is just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to get around. there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity, providing guests with numerous dining and shopping options. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities.

The dining area may be a bit small for larger groups, but it's not a major issue unless you plan on spending a lot of time indoors.

Very spacious and comfortable hotel. Modern and functional kitchen. Convenient location near Interlaken West station and city centre. Ability to wash clothes.

We had a really nice time staying here. The hotel is located close to a great restaurant, supermarkets, and the train station, which was very handy. Our room was neat and had a comfy single bed.
